My name is Livia Eatwell, I'm a London-based private chef, recipe developer and Leiths School of Food and Wine cookery teacher.
I specialise in Mediterranen food, which draws from my experience of working as a recipe developer for Yotam Ottolenghi in his test kitchen. That time in the test kitchen was the best time I've had in my cookery career to date and has propelled me into developing and testing recipes for cookbook authors and food magazines.
