My name is Livia Eatwell, I'm a London-based private caterer, recipe developer and former Leiths School of Food and Wine cookery teacher.
I have worked as a private chef for years, travelling to holiday destinations with clients, cooking with seasonal and local ingredients, as well as cooking for them in their homes. I specialise in Mediterranean food, which draws from my experience of working as a recipe developer in Yotam Ottolenghi’s test kitchen in London.
